Butterfly Damper ● -Shape : Round type or Square type ● -Availability : Diameter or Side length 100mm to 3300mm ● -Leakage rate : 3％ to 5％ Most popular type and used for Open/Close and flux control. Most widely used type due to relatively simple structure and economical price. Leakage ratio at all closed can be smaller by applying sheet packing together.

Louver damper ● -Shape : Round type or Square type ● -Availability : Diameter or Side length 600mm to 3000mm ● -Leakage rate : 5％ to 10％ Multi blades type damper. Depending on the opening direction of blade, there are 2 types of slide type and double hinged type. Thanks to multi blades, this type damper is better than Butterfly damper in regulating and controlling flow, and therefore turbulent flow is seldom and small. However, leakage rate at all closed is not good as Butterfly type due to multi blades.

Heat resistance damper ● -Shape : Round type or Square type ● -Availability : Diameter or Side length 600mm to 2500mm ● -Leakage rate : 5％ to 10％ Excellent heat resistance due to castable refractory lining on damper casing and heat resistant steel plate is applied for blade and shaft.

Slide gate damper ● -Shape : Round type or Square type ● -Availability : Diameter or Side length 200mm to 1500mm ● -Leakage rate : 0.5％ to 3％ Used to close duct or pipe for gas containing much dust. A pointed end is edge processed so as slide and close smoothly even in heavy dust. Inspection door can be prepared.
